From A for arrival onwards, you will find all the relevant
information about your stay.

When will my room be ready for check-in? Is there a discount for my children? What costs will I incur if I must cancel my holiday at short notice? Can my dog come on holiday with me? We have collected the answers to all these questions for you here.

On the day of arrival, the rooms are available from 2.30 pm. Should you arrive after 7.00 pm, please inform us by telephone. On the day of departure, we ask you to vacate your room by 11 am at the latest.

All rooms and suites in the hotel (main building) and the Residence (Dépendance) are equipped with a balcony or terrace and a double bed, carpeted or wooden floors, cool box, WiFi, TV, telephone and safe. The rooms and suites in the hotel (main building) also have air conditioning. The bathrooms are equipped with a shower, WC and hairdryer (in the annexe also a bidet). Bathrobes and towels are also provided. Please note that the layout and furnishings of the rooms may vary.

You can pay your hotel bill in cash (up to the Italian legal maximum of 4,999.99 euros), EC card or credit card (Visa, MasterCard).

Please bring your own bath slippers, for the sake of the environment. Bathrobes and bath towels are of course available in your room.

From 7.30 am to 10.30 am, we spoil you with our breakfast buffet, which is included in the price of your overnight stay. For the rest of the day, you can order snacks and cakes for an additional charge and enjoy our dinner - all completely flexible. You can choose from our snack menu every day from 12 noon to 10 pm, and dinner is served every day except Tuesdays from 6.30 pm to 8 pm.

You are welcome to bring your four-legged friend with you by prior arrangement. The daily rate for dogs is 19.00 euro (without food). Dogs are not allowed in the dining area and swimming pools: we count on your understanding. Your dog may accompany you to selected tables.

If children are accommodated in the parents' room (2 full-paying adults), we grant the following discounts:

50 to 70 % for children aged 3 to 11 years
40 to 50 % for children aged 11 to 15 years
Children under 3 years stay free of charge

For all guests aged 14 and over, a local tourist tax of EUR 3.40 per person per night is charged. This must be paid on site.

Our rates are per person and night including breakfast and all listed included services. There is also a local tax per person and night, which you pay directly at the hotel.

Smoking is only permitted outdoors.

Once a week - on Tuesday - our kitchen team has the evening off. Don't worry: Even on this day, APEX is open from 12 noon to 10 p.m. and offers the delicacies of the snack menu for small appetites. Otherwise, you can explore the wide restaurant landscape in the neighbourhood - the offer is extremely varied.

There is no right of cancellation according to the Consumer Code - however, we grant you the following cancellation conditions:

In the case of early departure, late arrival or no-show, cancellation charges of 80% for the days booked but not used will be charged.
In the event of cancellation up to 14 days prior to arrival, a cancellation fee of 80% of the total amount booked will be charged.
In case of cancellation 15 to 29 days prior to arrival, cancellation charges of 30% of the total amount booked will be charged.
In case of cancellation more than 30 days prior to arrival, no cancellation fee will be charged.

For those guests who have taken out travel cancellation insurance, the cancellation fees apply in accordance with the general terms and conditions of the “Europäische Reiseversicherung” (European Travel Insurance).

We ask for your understanding that we cannot reserve specific room numbers and floors for you.

Upon receipt of a written reservation and payment of a deposit of 30% of the total amount, the reservation will be considered binding. The deposit can be paid by bank transfer.

Travel cancellation insurance

Should something unforeseen happen before the start of your trip, you are covered by our trip cancellation insurance; Europäische Reiseversicherung covers all expenses that would be incurred for a cancellation.
